The stars of Matariki

This week we were learning about The stars of Matariki and how the god of the wind tawhirimatea ripped out his eyes in rage crushed them and threw them in the sky. A tricky part for me was getting the correct information to put in my work. The best part of this was what I had to do I just had to do four simple questions. I wonder what happened to tahirimatea when he ripped out his eyes and what did his brothers do when tahirimatea when he ripped out his eyes.

Past-Present-Future

 PAST-PRESENT-FUTURE

Past: When I was in Australia I loved to go to this place that served many foods from many countries. I don't know the name of the place but my favorite thing there was the sugar cane drink. It was delicious! I was really happy when I heard my dad say we were going to NZ for a vacation but when we got there I was so heartbroken because my dad said we were going to stay there FOREVER.

Present: (there's really nothing interesting yet)

Future: In the future, I think that I'm gonna become either a soccer player a gamer, or a basketball player I also hope with my entire life that when I go back to Australia that place is still there.

The boy who cried wolf. Who i think is the hero and the villain

I have been learning about fables.

In the boy who cried wolf, I think the boy is the villain because he lied to the villagers about the wolf.

I am 100 percent sure that the villagers are the heroes because when the boy said the wolf the villagers came to his aid but there was no wolf, and when he did it again the villagers came but still no wolf. When the boy actually saw a wolf the villagers did not come because they thought he was still lying.

To me, the wolf is not a villain because wolves usually hunt in packs which means he was either kicked out or he doesn't have a pack yet. It's the wolf's natural instinct to eat sheep so the wolf was just there to get some food.

that's what i think about who is the hero and the villain i the boy who cried wolf.
